Donna has a background in Retail & Warehousing Management, Training & Education, Office & Administration. The last 16 years being a Small Business Owner & Director responsible for Contractor Operations, HR, Training, Sales and Health & Safety.
Early achievements include several training and assessing qualifications leading to a Certificate in Education. Further on in her career Donna developed a passion for health & safety and achieved her Level 6 Diploma in Occupational Safety & Health with British Safety Council.
Donna's background in training, operations, business and management positions has resulted in years of varied experiences, developing strong analytical, problem solving and people skills, enabling her to work with clients to put in place relevant, cost-effective solutions based on their specific requirements, by no means is she afraid to roll her sleeves up and participate. She has the ability to communicate and form effective working relationships at all levels.
